This is the agreement binding between the civilservice.in and those wish
to enroll as member of civilservice.in.

1)      Civilservice.in reserves its right to admit or reject the application of any candidates 

2)       The membership is subject to payment of one time subscription fee for a period of 365 days

3)       The fee charged is only for accessing the question bank and all facilities described in the site can be withdrawn without any notice.

4)       Civilservice.in has the right to terminate the membership without notice if any member publishes obscene/anti national remarks in the message board 

5)      We are not responsible for the loss of data/damage stored in the server due to technical reasons.

6)      The membership allows only the real subscriber to log in. 

7)      The free online notes are a facility given to the candidates and it may be withdrawn without any notice.

8)      We are not responsible for delays/losses of your courier .

9)      In case of any litigation jurisdiction of THRISSUR district of state of KERALA will apply 

10)   We donot claim 100% accuracy in the information provided in the web site. However every effort has been taken make it accurate to best our knowledge.

11)    Fee once paid will not be refunded.

12)   Members are not allowed to change the optional subject once their membership is activated. However they can request for a change in optional subject  if membership is not activated.
